Bonnie G McGregor

Bonnie G. McGregor, a loving wife, mother and grandmother died peacefully, Tuesday, April 25, 2023 surrounded by her family.

She was born on February 10, 1946 in Davenport, IA to Elbert and Anita (Mavity) Wiseman.  Bonnie later moved with her family to a farm in Clover Valley, MN.  After attending Clover Valley High School, she worked at the Scenic Cafe and went on to open Bonnie’s Plaza Beauty Shop in Duluth.  She then moved to Islamorada, FL with her family where she met lifelong friends and had experiences which she spoke fondly of throughout her life.

Bonnie then met and married Daniel McGregor in Two Harbors where they started their family.  She enjoyed gardening and crafts, but her true passion was creating and nurturing a loving home for her family.

Bonnie had a special love for all animals.  She was selfless and always willing to give to others.  Her honest and sometimes stubborn demeanor was an essential guidepost to all those that loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings Ronald, Karen, Roxane, and Alan; beloved daughter, Melissa Ann.

Bonnie is survived by husband, Daniel; son Michael (Candis) McGregor; daughter, Mary (Kurt) Kuechle; grandchildren Isabel, Ivan, Ilie; she also leaves behind her constant and loving companion, Jack the Poodle.  She will also be missed dearly by extended family and friends.
