Brian Cooley, 43, of Grand Marais, died on Sunday, March 19, 2017.
He was born, November 14, 1973 to Dale and Sharon (Etzweiler) Cooley in Muncy, Pennsylvania. He grew up in Allenwood, Pennsylvania, and graduated from Montgomery High School. Brian served in the Coast Guard for 4 years, stationed in Kodiak, Alaska and Duluth, Minnesota. He was employed by US Customs and Border Protection for 14 years. Brian enjoyed hunting, fishing, and snowmobiling.
Brian is survived by his wife, Roseanne; children, Bridget and Ian; parents, Dale and Sharon Cooley; sister, Beth Ann; brother, Jason (RaeAnn); mother and father in-law, Robert and Irene Laine; brother in-law, David (Lisa); and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 10 AM until the 11 AM Memorial Service Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at Cornerstone Community Church in Grand Marais. In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred.
