The exciting moments of pregnancy have turned to sorrow and heartfelt loss with the death of our baby Carol Ann Marie Hoffman, on October 18, 2014.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Albert and Carol Roney, and Larry Southwood.
Carol Ann is survived by her parents, Christopher Hoffman and Laura Roney; brother, Maxwell; grandparents, Susan and Al Combs; and uncle, Shawn Hoffman.
Memorial Service will be held at 12 Noon on Wednesday October, 29 2014 at Living Waters Fellowship in Two Harbors.
