Cynthia S. Starkey, 67, Two Harbors, died Saturday, August 22, 2020 at home with her family at her side.
She was born September 14, 1952 to Ira and Virginia Hills in Duluth. She grew up and attended school in Two Harbors. Cindy was employed as a a hairdresser for several years, and operated her own floral shop. Cindy married and move to Blaine for 14 years. In 2010, she relocated back to the Two Harbors/Silver Creek area and was a member and coordinator for Pioneer Gift Shop in Castle Danger.
Because of her love of God and Angels, and her amazing talent at crafting, she truly was a shining light to all those who knew her.
Cindy was preceded in death by her father, Ira Hills and brother, Randy Hills.
She is survived by her husband, Kent Starkey; a son, Robert (Elisa) Svee; grandchildren, Austin and Caylee; her mother, Virginia Hills; and brother, Ron Hills.
A Celebration of Life will be held in the near future.
