Dave was born to C. Bruce and Alice Johnson in Duluth.
He is survived by wife, Dianne; son, David (Jen); grandsons Jeremiah and Waylon; daughter, Bambi (David); mother, Alice; and sister, Deb.
Per Dave’s request, no services will be held.
