David Allan Rogers

David Allan Rogers, 67, of Silver Bay died Monday, December 9, 2024 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Duluth.

He was born April 12, 1957 to Harlan and Lavera “Jean” (Hodgson) Rogers in Rice Lake, Wisconsin and was a life-long resident of Silver Bay. 

Dave enjoyed his Harley-Davidson, classic muscle cars, kayaking, snowmobiling, drives on the North Shore and hiking with his dogs.

He was preceded in death by his father, and his wife, Penny. 

Dave is survived by his mother, Lavera “Jean” ; sisters, Shelly Rogers and Gayl (David) Wacker; nephews, Zebulon (Gretchen) Rogers, and Brandon and Brent Wacker; and his significant other of 14 years, Gina Thompson.
