Elaine Hanson
July 27, 1931 — October 22, 2016
Elaine Hanson, 85, of Silver Creek, entered heaven on October 22, 2016.
She was a lifelong resident of Two Harbors/Silver Creek. Elaine was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She greatly enjoyed her flowers and gardening.
Elaine was a member of Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church and helped in many affairs of the church.
She is survived by her husband, Bruce; daughters, Lynne Counter and Cathy (Bill) Rickert; four grandchildren, Corey Bonneville, Aaron Rickert, Jessica (Matthew) Schwab, and Lauren (Brandon) Sargent; and 2 great-grandchildren, Lucas and Ethan Sargent.
Services will be held at 3 PM on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at our Saviour’s Lutheran Church in Castle Danger.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church or the American Cancer Society.
