Gail J Olsen

Gail J. Olsen, 70, of Two Harbors died Friday, May 17, 2024 at her home, following a brief illness.

She was born on January 4, 1954 to Reynold Sr. and Carmen (Legueri) Lakso in Nashwauk, MN.   Gail enjoyed gardening; her flowers and vegetables, time at the cabin, taking a loop, cross country skiing, but most of all time with her family.  She was also a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church

Preceding her in death were her parents and sister, Sally Magnuson.

Gail is survived by husband, Lee; sons Jesse, Rory, and Dana; 3 granddaughters, Luna, River, and Jocelyn; grandson, Nicholas; brother, Rey (Peggy) Lakso; sister, Sandra Demars; brothers-in-law, Tom Magnuson and Chris Olsen; sister-in-law, Renell Volz; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, June 13, 2024 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church. Donations can be made in Gail’s name to the Breast Cancer Foundation or Alzheimer’s Association.
