Gloria Lindahl, 92, Two Harbors, died Sunday, November 1, 2026 at Aspirus-St. Luke’s Hospital.
Gloria was born April 26, 1934 to George and Viola (Nauha) Miller in Duluth, and was a life-long resident of Two Harbors. During high school she was very artistic and musical. Shortly after graduating from high school in 1952, Gloria went to work for the local phone company, which was owned by the D M & I R Railroad, later Continental Telephone, CONTEL, and GTE. She was employed for many years there until retiring in the 1990’s.
Gloria was a member of United Church.
With Don, she enjoyed camping, fishing, picking blueberries, and traveling, visiting all 50 states and making their way across large parts of Canada and Mexico as well. Gloria also enjoyed her cats, her dog, and feeding and watching birds outside her window. Her greatest joy was time spent with her sons and grandchildren, including singing while Doug played his guitar.
Gloria was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 64 years, Don earlier this year; brothers, Robert (Lois) Miller and James (Sue) Nauha; and a granddaughter, Monica Cardinal.
She is survived by her sons, Doug (Kathy) and Brent (Amy); grandchildren, Krystal (Lennon) Hanson, Alyssa (Dakota King) Lindahl, Courtney Lindahl, Jace Fink, and Marti Lindahl; and a brother-in-law, Todd Lindahl.
The family would like to thank the staff of Aspirus Home Hospice for the compassionate care they provided.
Services will be held at 2 PM on Tuesday November 10, 2026 at the United Church in Two Harbors. To share a memory or leave an online condolence visit www.cavallinfuneralhome.com.
