Jean D. Sullivan, 98, Two Harbors, died Wednesday March 14, 2018 at Ecumen Memory Care in North Branch.
She was born March 17, 1919 to Anthony and Rose (Nose) Kocjancich in Aurora, Minnesota. She grew up in Aurora and Meadowlands. Jean married Merle Sullivan on October 12, 1940 and moved to Two Harbors in 1968. She was a member of the Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Two Harbors.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Merle; sons, Gerald and James Sullivan; son-in-law, Ronald Matykiewicz; brothers, Joe, Anthony, and Frank Kocjancich, and sisters, Rose Gustafson, Nell Planton, Ann Sherek, and Mae Turpela.
Jean is survived by a daughter, Maureen McCarron of Minneapolis; daughter-in-law, Kim Sullivan of Waterloo, Iowa; grandchildren, Kathy Howe, Terri (Scott) Berg, Robert McCarron, and Peter Sullivan; and great-grandchildren, McKenzie, Max, Leah, and Troy.
Visitation will be from 12 Noon until the 1 PM service on Wednesday March 21,2018 at Cavallin Funeral Home, followed by burial at Lakeview Cemetery.
