Jeremy Spry

Jeremy Spry, 38, formerly of Silver Bay, died Thursday, August 2, 2018 unexpectedly in an accident while living in Minneapolis.

Jeremy was born December 15, 1978 in Fairmont and grew up in Silver Bay after being adopted at age five by Jim and Marie Spry.

As an adult Royce was employed as a meat-cutter at Super One Foods in Two Harbors. He enjoyed cooking, making dream-catchers and talking with people..

Jeremy was preceded in death by his biological father and mother, Steve Olson and Georgia Theobald and a baby daughter, Aleesya.

Jeremy is survived by his parents, Jim and Marie Spry and his biological grandmother, Julie McEdward; sons, Royce Jr. and Myles; a daughter, Aurora and step daughter, Layla; sisters, Savanna Moler, Jessica (Lee) Meyerdirk and brothers, Freddy “Justin” (Tanya) Bigbear, Jeff Spry, Jon (Karie) Spry and Jaime Spry; nieces, nephews; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Services were held on Monday, August 5, 2018 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Two Harbors, followed by burial at Lakeview Cemetery, Two Harbors.
