Joseph Fabini

Joseph Fabini, 85, of Two Harbors died peacefully on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 in Two Harbors.

He was born on May 28, 1935 to Joseph and Kathryn Fabini in Walsenburg, Colorado where he grew up.  At age 17, Joe enlisted in the Air Force, serving for 21 years.  He moved to Two Harbors in 1965 where he resided until his death.

Joe was an active member of the American Legion, VFW, and Loyal Order of Moose and was well known by the nurses at Lake View Hospital for his monthly candy deliveries.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Janis in 1992; a daughter, Diane Schultz in 2020, and two sisters.

Joe is survived by five sons, Steven, Michael, Larry (Amy), Gary (Sherry), and David; 11 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the American Legion or Lake County Humane Society’s Animal Shelter.

Private services will be held.
