Michael Grosskurth

Michael “Bonsie” Grosskurth, 66, of Two Harbors died unexpectedly at home Sunday July 3, 2016.

He was born March 28, 1950 to Donald and Yvonne (Johnson) Grosskurth in Duluth.  Bonsie grew up in Two Harbors and graduated from Two Harbors High School in 1969.  He was employed as an iron worker for many years in St. Croix, US Virgin Islands, and returned to Two Harbors in 2012.

He is preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Deb Harvey.

Bonsie is survived by his brother, Jeff (Kristy) Grosskurth and sisters, Linda (Mike) Halvorson, and Lisa (Tim) Lujan; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will plan a gathering at a later date.
