Isabella
Mona Thums, 86, of Isabella died on Monday, August 17, 2020 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Duluth.
She was born on April 5, 1934 to Frank and Isabel Keppert in Marshfield, Wi. She married Oliver Thums in 1952 and together they made their home in Isabella, raising 10 children.
Mona enjoyed trips to the casino, embroidering baby quilts, and spending time with her grandchildren. Mona was a beautiful mother and friend to many.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Ollie in 2014; daughter, Kathy Pederson; and grandson, Nathan Pederson.
Mona is survived by children Shirley, Daniel, Ronald, Mark, Michael, Dawn, David, Rosemary, and Steven; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 10 AM until the 11 AM funeral service on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at the Isabella Community Center.
