Eugene Anderson

Eugene Leroy Anderson, 86, Two Harbors, died Thursday, May 27, 2021 at Edgewood Vista in Duluth.

Gene was born on February 7, 1935 to Ralph and Veryl (Van Wert) Anderson in Wadena.  The family moved to Two Harbors where Gene was employed as a sawyer for Midwest Timber and later Hedstrom’s Lumber for 30 years.

He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and gardening.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Robert and Richard; sisters, Mary, Lorraine, Bernadine, Jeanette, and Doris; and several nieces and nephews.

Gene is survived by brother, Russell; and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Graveside services will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, June 4, 2021 at Silver Creek Cemetery.
