We were surprised and very saddened to see “Robbie”, Rob, your dad and grandpa had died.  Although we hadn’t known him all that long, during the past year we really enjoyed his smile, upbeat attitude, personality and had grown to love him.  We mutually looked forward to our weekly visits when we took his order and later delivered his grocery order through Community Partners.  His friendly greeting in his calling us “kiddo or mom and dad” as was his being in his shorts 12 months of the year, was always fun.  Our Wednesdays will be missing our friendly visits and laughs now that we aren’t stopping by.  We will miss him as we are sure you and many others will.  He was a valued person in the community and was a positive addition to our lives.   We are sorry for your loss and our thoughts are with you all.

I am so sorry to hear of Robbie's passing. Both my husband and I worked with him for many years when we worked at the City.  You could tell how much he loved his precious wife, Jeanne, and his family. We used to tease him about wearing his slippers to work when he came into City Hall to get the cemetery mail and he took it in jest, and left us smiling.  Rest now Robbie, and enjoy Jeanne's company again.

Dear Lee, Chris, Renell & family,
We were saddened to hear of your Dad’s death last week. He lived a long life with a family he loved & who loved him in a community he loved as well. We met your Dad & Mom in the 80s after we found out your Dad also had siblings from a birth mother he never knew. We enjoyed our visits with him on our trips to the North Shore. He was always upbeat & spoke lovingly of his kids & grandkids & liked hearing about our family as well. We will miss his company but know he’s with Jeanne & all is well.
